For providers
- Describe your work, prices and availability honestly.
- Reply to enquiries promptly, even if the answer is no.
- Only list services and products that are legal and that you are qualified to provide.
- Use your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.
For customers
- Be clear about what you need, and respectful of the provider’s time.
- Agree prices and details directly with the provider before work begins.
- Leave fair, honest reviews based on your own experience.
Not allowed
- Spam, fake reviews, or listings that pretend to be someone else.
- Hateful, abusive or misleading content.
- Asking for payment through Twelve Baskets. We never collect payments.
We may hide reviews or suspend listings that break these guidelines.
